TINA-TI: Installation

I downloaded and installed TINA-TI_JAPANESE, but the following message appears and the installation fails.
On our system, a screen for entering the system account password is always displayed when installing an application, but this screen is not displayed during the process. What should I do?

    The DesignSoft/TINA team is very helpful and this is the most direct way for TINA support.  Please advise by clicking the  This resolved my Issue   button when the question has been answered.
