My customer is experiencing this error. The installation could not be performed due to a delay in the mail causing him to send verification requests multiple times because he thought the verification email was not received successfully.
It is registered to 2975257421@qq.cm

So the first 3 messages, which provided the access key should install fine. However, since this will come up if they every try again, let's go ahead and clear out the installs. I'll let you know when that is done.

Cadence reports that there is no user registered with the email address listed above (2975257421@qq.cm)
Please have them confirm the email address used to register for PSpice.
If you can share their account name in the Notes, I can check locally as well.

It's 2975257421@qq.com. The customer wrote less of an O and I copied it directly, which should be the reason here.
