A few days ago I installed pspice-for-ti, which can be used for 30 days.
I check the example operation and run it again, but the program closes automatically.
How can I solve this? Please help me.

Hi SungUp,
PSpice for TI needs to verify the license every 30 days. You need to be connected to the internet for this to happen.
Do you get a successful connection with this link?

Hi Sungup,
Thanks for checking that. I've submitted this for further investigation.
Please check to make sure you aren't on VPN as this can sometimes cause problems (but that's usually installing, not invoking the tool).
David
Hi David,
I'm not using a VPN at all.
This is the Win11 version on the Mac Mini and is being used through Parallels.
There was no problem running the demo file upon initial installation.
However, when I ran it again, it was forced to quit,
and I tried deleting and installing the program several times,
but the same symptom persisted.

SungupHi Sungup,
Thanks for the details. I'll update the record with this.

Hi SungUp,
Please try the following:

Hi David
1. The Pspice is forcibly closed without any message.
2. It's Win11.
3.Even if you run it with administrative authority, it will not run and will automatically close.
For reference, I deleted the program, reinstalled it 2-3 times, and ran it with administrator privileges, but it automatically terminated as well.
4. I don't understand. Please explain in more detail.
regards,
SungUp
If you open your search bar and enter %userprofile%, it'll take you to C:\Users\<your account>
e.g. for me it would be C:\Users\dlarkin
Then decend into Appdata -> Roaming -> Cadence -> PSpiceTIInstall. What do you find there?
If you have a cdsPspiceTIlog.txt, please user Insert -> Image/video/file to add it here.
David
Hi Sungup,
Just following up to see if you've been able to check on the install log. That will provide details about the status of the tool install.
There is another option to add an environment variable that will collect additional data that should capture what's happening when the tool crashes.
Let me know if you want to pusue that path.
