Hello,
I'm attempting to install a copy of the PSpice-for-ti on my computer and I'm getting the error "An internal error occurred. Please go to http://e2e.ti.com for further assitance. (-8)". This happens after I input the correct email and access key for the software, as provided by TI in the email. Screenshot below. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
