Hi Jenson,
The tool can do this if the computer goes to sleep. Does this show up when you open the tool?
David
Hi David
Sorry, I didn't understand what you meant. My computer is currently active.
Jenson
Hi Jenson,
What happens if you close, and then re-open? Do you still get this warning message?
What response do you get when you try these sites
https://cdsplicwc.cadence.com/
https://software-dl.ti.com/
https://downloads.ti.com/
David
The license needs to be checked at least every 30 days, so an internet connection is required.
Please double-check that you are connected to the internet, then start PSpice for TI.
I'm guessing that it was working before, and that you do have internet connection, but this is the first step in debug.
If that doesn't work, then please do the following:
Share the CDS_LIC_QA_TesT log file. Instructions here: How do I set the CDS_LIC_QA_TesT variable? (cadence.com)
David
Hi David,
I'm connected to the Internet, but I still get this prompt.
And i can not enter this link, becasue I don't know below information, I not sure if there are something wrong.

Jenson
Here are the instructions:
The CDS_LIC_QA_TesT environment variable is a testability code that is set on the client system running the Cadence tools. The variable is set for troubleshooting Licensing issues. CDS_LIC_QA_TesT must be set before the invocation of the Cadence tool. The value of this variable is any writable area on your system.
Windows:
Access the Windows button, then Run systempropertiesadvanced > Environment Variables > System Variables > New > CDS_LIC_QA_TesT = c:\cadence\qalog.txt
After setting this variable, invoke the tool. If you get a Licensing error, send the qalog.txt file to Customer Support. The qalog.txt file can grow quite large over time. Hence, it is best to unset the variable when your problem is solved.
Note: Do not set this variable in c:\ drive as you may not have write permission there and the file will not get created. Please set it either in c:\cadence or in a different drive like d:\ .
Please post the file generated here. I'll get it to Cadence for analysis.
David
Hi David,
I tried this method but couldn't open it because it was banned by IT.
Then I found the folder and found that I did not have this qalog.txt file.

Jenson
You should be able to access environment variables for your account.

Please see if that works.
David
Hi Jenson,
Please uninstall PSpice for TI using add/remove programs app. Then request again for PSpice for TI. It should provide you with the same ACCESS KEY, but it's best to make the request again so that you get the correct download.
