TIDA-01168: TIDA-01168 Programming error

Part Number: TIDA-01168

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -233 @ 0x0)
The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.
An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed.
The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken
with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault.
(Emulation package 6.0.504.1)

I made the same TIDA-01168 test board and tried to insert the code into the DSP according to the manual, but this error occurred and I could not insert the code. Sometimes the connection is made and the chip's memory is recognized, but when I load the code, an error occurs again and I cannot proceed with the experiment. Please help.

    Hi Wblim,

    It looks more kind of an connection issue using JTAG while inserting the code. You may try to use another available JTAG or recheck the connections of pins of JTAG and other associated hardware parts. There might also be possibility of error in the code since the chip's memory is only sometimes recognized.

    문제를 해결하지 못합니다. 가끔 칩과 연결되어 있는 것 같아서 메모리 브라우저에 들어가서 값을 읽을 수 있지만 그게 다입니다. 콘솔 창에는 완전히 연결되지 않았으며 현재 다시 연결할 수 없으며 다음 메시지만 계속 표시됩니다.C28xx: 대상에 연결하는 중 오류 발생: (Error -1155 @ 0x0) 장치가 저전력 모드로 작동할 수 있습니다. 디버거가 장치를 강제로 깨웠습니다. '확인'을 선택하여 디버그 연결을 완료합니다(Emulation package 12.6.0.00029).
