Hi, support team.

I am trying to install a newer version of PSpice for TI.

The following error message appears and installation fails.

You have reached the concurrent device access limit.

Too many devices are attempting to connect with the same access key.

What should I do?

Hello Makato-san,

I will submit to have the old installs disabled. When done, I'll contact you here. At that point, you will be able to install on your new computer.

This should take a day or 2 at most.

The old installas are now disabled. You can install on your new computer now.
