The code for this design is not online because it was just only an example, and was not fully debugged.
Nevertheless I added it here as zip file.
Regarding a 4kW version, there are several customers who explored higher power. I cannot share their schematic, of course, because of IP protection.
I would say though that up to 2kW, the gate driving of the phase shift full bridge is doable with simple gate drive transformers (GDT).
For higher power, it's pretty difficult to find GDTs with good characteristics. For this reason, I suggested all customers that need higher power, to replace the GTDs with isolated gate drivers. One example is shown in the UCC27714 EVM, see link:

There are also other solutions with integrated driver + digital isolator on hour WEB pages, when even higher current is needed to drive all MOSFETs.
