Hello team,

I have question about power dissipation pads for TIDA-01592. These pads means thermal relief in blue box area?

Also, were heat sinks attached when gathering the test results?

    Hi Austin,

    Heatsinks were not attached while testing the board as the power levels are not that high.

    The copper pads should be able to take that heat.
