TIDA-01445: ASIL grade question

Hi Cho SR, 
the HV interlock diagnostics is clearly a safety measure within an EV.

This reference design is for demonstrational purposes - mainly to demonstrate the functions of the specific components.
As you can see, the design includes low-complexity components where ASIL rating (on an IC level) is not provided. However, such components may be easily functional safety capable.

This design may or may not achieve ASIL rating on a system level depending on customer specific factors. Customer, as a system integrator needs to be 100% responsible for the systematic as well as random fault evaluation of the design and its integration to the vehicle.
