TIDA-010046: ESDS312 with 3V3 at midpoint of transformer?

Part Number: TIDA-010046

Hey,

on Page 23 of the design guide TIDA-010046 3V3 is at midpoint of the transformer and between 50 ohm resistors (first schematic for "non-PoE") and the ESD312DBVR is connected to datalines. Does it work correctly and are there no problems? Because of the recommended maximum input voltage of ESD312DBVR is 3.6 V and thus it is below the signal level when the signal level of ethernet signals are added to the 3V3.

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards
