Please go to the following lcoation %appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall and upload the file cdsPspiceTIlog.txt
Can you check if there is a file called license.txt at %appdata%\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSice_231\license?

It never even installs.
I have Windows10 and there's no "appdata" directory.
No Cadence directory in "program data".

What were you trying to post? There shoudl be no problem with using Insert - Image/Video/File.
Did folders get created on your computer?
e.g. C:\cds_spb_home

Just re-read your message.
%appdata% is a shortcut when you open the search panel.
It will go to C:\Users\<yourpcaccount>\AppData\Roaming
e.g. for me: C:\Users\a0187457\AppData\Roaming
Please double check for the install files.

I uploaded the log file but I cannot find the license file.

Can you show me your %appdata%\Cadence folder?
Is there a VBL in there? That should have a license folder that contains the license.txt file.
There definitely should be a VBL folder. Something went wrong during the installation.
Do you have admin access?
Please try the following:
Uninstall PSpice for TI.
Re-boot your computer.
Install again.
After install, check to see if VBL is there.

I deleted the Cadence folder and reinstalled, this time as admin but same result - no VBL folder.
Nothing to uninstall - it never gets that far - it flags the error immediately.
I uploaded the log file but it isn't showing up here.

Nothing worked - upgraded all MS stuff and no joy.
Others here had no problem installing on similar pcs.
We punted because I'm getting a new pc in a few days and I'll try again.
