TIDA-00982: Customized version of TIDA-00982 without pack out connector and higher charging current

Hi, we are trying to build a 2S battery charger for a nano non-military drone. Taking the TIDA-00982 as a reference.

For adapting to our requirements:

1. We would want to eliminate the use of Pack Out connector since the BMS will not be mounted on the drone and will only work as a charger. (We still have added two pads on the PCB in case we would want to use it in the future)

2. We have merged battery in and balancing and protection port into a single connector which is used on our drone. 

3. We have also increased the charging current to 4.5A

Our query would be if it is possible to use this design as a standalone charger, without using the Pack Out connector.
