TIDA-01350: The special PCB stackup

  Are reference designs are not made for sale, they are developed for testing and performance validation only and used as a reference to assist in designs. But, we do provide the design files: Schematic, BOM,  PCB layout, and Gerber files for manufacturing/assembling. 

   If you would like to evaluate a device on its own, each device does have an evaluation modules which is available for sale. For example the LMH5401's EVM would be located at this link: LMH5401EVM. You can find the full Altium project for this EVM at this e2e thread.

   If you replace the 16.6 mill Rogers for FR-4, you might see degradation in SNR. Also, if you are replacing the material, make sure to adjust the traces for 50Ohm matching impedance since the dielectric constant will change. 

   I am unsure which PCB supplier was used for TIDA-01350 at the time.

  Are you asking for the TIDA-01350 or the LMH5401EVM? For the LMH5401EVM, I can easily generate this from the Altium Project I linked in the earlier reply. For the TIDA-01350, I would have to locate the Altium Project, or another way would be to reverse engineer the Gerber files to create the PCB document in Altium.
