PSPICE-FOR-TI: LM74810-Q1 Not in library, and downloadable spice model doesn't work

Hi I'm trying to simulate the LM74810, I tried downloading the Encrypted Spice model but it generates this error:

Can this part be added to the dedicated TI Pspice library, or can you help with why this error is occurring? I've added the .LIB and .OLB files to my simulation as shown in the instruction videos.
