PSPICE-FOR-TI: Cannot run the simulation

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

Hi team,

My customer has been facing the error of PSPICE FOR TI when try to run the simulation. I have attached the error messages below. Could you please kindly look at them to investigate the cause of the errors? I suspect the customer cannot properly download the library on their PC from web.

    Hello Shunsuke,

    Since there seem to be several problems, can you have your customer try the following first?

    Uninstall PSpice for TI

    Re-boot their computer.

    Make sure there is not an environment variable set for Cad_PSpice_TI_Regr_Srvr

    Re-install PSpice for TI.

    At that point, they should be able to browse the TI part library and download any designs/sim profiles available. 

    Please let me know if that doesn't work, and we will proceed from there.
