Tool/software:
I saw a good post on EDN that studies how to test the characteristics of operational amplifiers. However, I found that comparators cannot be tested in a closed-loop configuration like operational amplifiers because the output of the comparator keeps oscillating. How should I test some characteristics of comparators, such as VOS, bias current, PSRR, and other parameters?
