Hello Team,

Posting on behalf of my customer:

I use another laptop to apply request and i receive the access key for Pspice,
but after install and reopen it this error message pop up

what happend and what can i do for this situation

Hi Renan,

Please let the customer know that the installation only works for the user that requests it.

The user can install on 3 separate computers, but they have to have an account on the computer.

If they installed on a computer as a different user, then the license will show up for that account, not their account.

THis might happen if they installed as the administrator, but then tried to access the program as the user.

If they continue to have problems, please post their email in the NOTES and I'll reach out to them.
