PSPICE-FOR-TI: Can`t install

Hi TI,

My customer requires PSPICE from ti.com. But they can`t install successfully. Detail as shown below.

Would you like give some suggestion?

Hi Cayden,

This message can occur if they installed as a different user. The installation will create a license on that users account on the computer.

As an example, if they installed as admin, but tried to run as themselves, the license would only show up for the admin account.
