LM5116: Clarification of how few components values is selected.

 Hello Ti,

Iam creating a Buck converter using LM5116.

while I was going through the design calculation part I couldn't match the dots of C-out calculation and C-out value. 

I need a clarification on how in the application circuit 100microFaraday is selected for C-out.

my design parameter

                                  Input Voltage Range=30~60V

                                  output voltage=5.0~5.3V

                                  Output current=10A

                                  frequency(i have considered the application circuit frequency)=250kHz.
