What is the connector PN for the cable connector that mates with the 20-pin debug output connector that's physically located on the XDS-100 probe?

This seems like the wrong connector because the connector should be a 0.050" x 0.050" spacing for both pin and row. Will you please review and get back to me??? The user guide says it should be an Samtec FFSD compatible.

If you filter by pitch and number of pins on Digikey, it'll give you a list of similar connectors. See below:
