We are using TPS62135RGXR (IC, Switcher, 3-17Vin, 0.8-12VOut/4A, 2.5Mhz) in our project. We are facing low impedance issue .

Lot code of material is '372201CL3. I have analysis report and can share .

What stage was the project in when the problem occurred?

Could you send me the analysis report you mentioned and schematic and layout as well?

Yes, we have failure rate more then 10% and failure stage is just after SMT process .
