Hello,

After importing the project of PMP23338 into CCS, in the main.syscfg there are different lab options to bring up the board in a step by step manner.

However I couldn't find the document mentioning the test conditions/test setup for these labs?

Also in the main.syscfg page after clicking on "Run Compensation Designer" the Compensation Designer window is not opening for PMP23338?

Hello, please download C2000 DigitalPower SDK, then find the PMP23338_software_guide from PMP23338 folder, it tells how to run these labs.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have another query regarding the Boost Inductor Design. The procurement of inductor from Pulse is in process and taking some time.

Meanwhile, after referring to the Boost Inductor Design section(2.3.1) of the PMP23338 Test Report(TIDT369A) suggests winding 44turns on a single core of C058894A2HTto get 240uH of no load inductance. However the calculations and actually winding the single C058894A2HT core with 44 turns is not giving the same results.

Can you clarify how 240uH no load inductance is achieved with it?

Hi, if you use Kool Mu Max (P/N: 79894A7HT19) to do the calculation, you will get ~240uH. AL of the Kool Mu Max core is 120nH/T^2. With 44turns, you get 232uH.

Hello,

Thanks, this clears the confusion. Apparently their online tool was considering AL value of 79894A7 instead of 79894A7HT19.

Can you also kindly suggest the Magnetics Core used for L102 and L150?
