Let me know, does TI make UC3845 (Current-Mode PWM Controller) has soft start functionality?

    UC3845 does not have soft start. Here is the filtered parametric list of general purpose PWMs (GPPWM) that include integrated soft start. For GPPWMs that do not include soft start feature, it can be added externally according to RC time constant applied to the COMP as shown below.
