Hello,

I seem to have an issue install PSpice For TI on my new work computer.

The following message appears and the installation then fails:

You have reached the concurrent device access limit.

Too many devices are attempting to connect with the same access key.

What is my best course of action to resolve this issue?

Hi Alex,

You can let us know one or two machines you want to keep using and we can disable the rest which allows you to install on two or one new machines. Or, we can disable all the installations you've made which allows you to install on 3 new machines.

I would appreciate it if you could disable all of the installations so I can start with a clean slate.
