Hi Jilna,

TL103W has an internal 2.5V reference. This is used by the CV loop to set the voltage regulation point along with the FB divider formed by R62, R65, R64 and R63. R56 is necessary to bias TL103W. The reference voltage for the current loop is formed by resistor divider coming from the 2.5V reference (R57, R58, R59). This is equal to 1.75V. Iout = Iref / (CS_Gain * Risense) set the output current.
