Hi Ti expert,

TIDUEN7 Figure 5 lists 6 types of fault which TIDA-010049 can detect.

My questions is:

If the digital inputs of one product needs to meet  IEC61508-2:2010(SIL2) and EN13849-1:2015 (Cat2 PLd) ,  does the product must be able to detect the 6 types of digital input wiring faults? Is this required in IEC61508-2:2010(SIL2) or EN13849-1:2015 (Cat2 PLd)?
