We want to do the thermal simulation of CSD95410RRB.
Could TI share the method to calculate the thermal dissipation of CSD95410RRB?

Its Vout is 0.85V and Iout is 35A.

    Hi,

    I will send you a power loss calculator that includes CSD95410 through email.

    It can calculate power loss and temperature based on the parameters you input. The θjA parameter is used for thermal calculations, but varies depending on the PCB and thermal solution being used. We have seen values between 8 and 15 °C/W in the past, so you can use that as an estimate, but the actual value will vary depending on the specifics of your board and thermal solution.
