My customer is looking for a solution and reference design that can support the following conditions.

- VIN = 12V(typ), VOUT = 0.72V~0.90V, Pout = 274W, w/ PMBUS control

Could you please recommend TI's best and newest soltuions and reference design?

I did not see any other 12-phase reference design or EVM besides PMP21887. TPS536C7 or TPS536C9 are our best choices for 12-phase processor power. Use TPS536C7 with power stages’ IOUT that is 5mV/A, Use TPS536C9 with power stages’ IOUT that is 5uA/A.

We have newer power stages than the CSD95480. CSD95410 comes to mind.

Needed output capacitance will depend upon dynamic load response requirements of your target device.
