PSPICE-FOR-TI: Want to import 3rd party model (IMBG120R008M2H)

Hi Kei,

I'll give it a try. My response may be a little delayed as both my colleague and I are going through a PC refresh cycle.

Can you check with Infineon to see if they have a fix for this. It seems like an error in their model based on the messages. That would be outside of our control but maybe something they are aware of or can fix.

I'm scheduled sometime this week for the new computer. It usually takes a day to get everything moved over, and then I have to reinstall a bunch of programs. 

Best case, I'll be able to look into this in detail on Friday. I wish it was sooner.

Unfortunately, no. I'm still waiting for my new computer. No follow-up communications to let me know when to expect this.

It's regrettable and I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing as a result.
