Hello,

Multilevel inverters / converters have high no. of MOSFETs / IGBTs. To save PCB space & cost are there any specific MOSFET / IGBT gate drivers for multilevel inverters or converters? 

This can lead to compact solution (also reducing the different gate drive power supplies)

    Hi Abhishek,

    Look to the UCC21551-Q1 as a great option for an automotive-qualified, isolated gate driver. It has two channels that can be put in dual low-side, dual high-side, or half-bridge configurations. Such integration and flexibility can support a compact solution to the multilevel inverter/converter designs you reference, where many MOSFETs and IGBTs are on board.
