We downloaded the below LM5155's Spice file.
When we run Spice with this file, we saw an error pop up. Pls see the below screenshot. We want to know how to fix it.

Thanks for using the e2e forum.
Do you run the model in PSpice, or did you transfer it to another simulator?
I just double checked the model files and they run fine in PSpice.
If you transferred or modified the model, you need to make sure the library files matches with the symbol.
The error seems like the names do not match in your model. You might be able to fix the issue by changing the name of the symbol or subcircuit description to match.
