TIDA-010074: Circuit Explanation

Part Number: TIDA-010074
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5164,

Tool/software:

Hello TI Experts,

So, in the reference design TIDA-010074, the LM5164 converter gets the input voltage through the P channel MOSFET Q38, which is switched using another N Channel MOSFET Q37. Need clarity on why. I can understand it is used for enabling the input but LM5164 has a dedicated pin for that? Any other specific reasoning for using that circuit?

Thanks,
