Hi Mikhail,
You can refer to the below timing diagram. There is a rising edge delay inserted between ePWM3 (SR PWM signals) and ePWM2 (one of the primary side PWM pairs). What I mean is that when the primary side first turns on, the primary side switch node takes time to transition from Vin to gnd or from gnd to Vin. you want to wait for this transition to complete before turning on the SR. This is so that the voltage across the drain to source of the SR is already driven to 0V before you turn on the SR FET. If you do not have a delay, then the SR has unnecessary turn-on losses.
