PMP23496: PMP23496 ref design and datasheet

this is yuqi ma from BJ Silang tech. we are design 48v hotswap system use LM5066i.

looking the datasheet and ref design ,i had some question please help.

1, what is the fucntion of R2 and C11?

From datasheet, seems there no  corresponding R1 ref design？

if it rorrent that (R3+R12) on ref design corresponding the R2 on datashhet?
