PMP30720: ACF section is failed and powering ON

Part Number: PMP30720
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28780

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

I have loaded the PMP30720 PCB with maximum output of 24V, 3.5A (exactly) and the input is provided 354V DC. When I turned OFF and turned ON the PCBA for taking startup waveform, the output generated and then immediately it goes down. After that, I have unloaded the output and tested in no load condition as well with a minimum input, but there is no output (24V DC). When I debug the PCBA, I found that, 130V boost converter is good and providing 130V DC to the ACF section. The ACF section was not powering ON. While debugging further, I have seen external Q3 MOSFET was failed. Even though after MOSFET replacement, there is no output generating and Q3 MOSFET switching is not happening. Please suggest some debugging points to check further and share some idea which component may got failed. So that I can debug and sort the issue.
