TPS62125: spice model downloaded is encrypted

Tool/software:

Dear TI,

I have downloaded TPS62125 transient spice model from TI product site as the normal spice model wasn't available, it is downloaded in zip format with name "slvm684" it have three files, 

TPS62125_TRANS.LIB  

TPS62125_TRANS.TLD

TPS62125_TRANS.TSM

all of these are encrypted, how to open them ?
