Part Number: PMP22504
Tool/software:

As for the specific application, I am planning to set the torque and rotational direction of the torque motor (2TK3A-AW2J) through the power controller (TMP-1).
-
Separate the existing AC vibration data D(t) into two types of signals: the absolute value of the amplitude A(t) and the signal that distinguishes between positive and negative amplitudes B(t).
-
Use an operational amplifier to amplify the voltage of B(t) to 24V to match the specifications of the power controller.
-
For the amplified B(t), I need a product or IC that can output the signal from one terminal when the signal is positive and from another terminal when the signal is negative.
-
Connect the positive signal to the CW (clockwise) terminal of the power controller and the negative signal to the CCW (counterclockwise) terminal, ensuring that the signal flows accordingly.
-
Simultaneously pass A(t) to set the torque and rotational direction, and output the vibration of D(t) via the motor.
Currently, I am searching for a product or IC that can accomplish step 3.
I have attached the relevant pages from the torque motor's power controller manual and a diagram of the process outlined above.
