TIDA-020065: Firmware/source code

Apologies for the delay. Our team is currently not planning on publishing the design software on ti.com. If you are in contact with an FAE or sales representative, can you tell them to contact me? I can provide the software to them, and they can then forward it to you. Otherwise, I cannot provide it unfortunately.

Thanks David, So follow up question is ; how do we find an FAE that can assist us in getting us the source code/firmware to install into the eval unit ? Is there one in Australia ?

It appears that TI doesn't have an FAE supporting Australia. So how do we get in touch with an FAE. Can you not just send us the software to my email address andrew.maclaurin@allieddata.com.au ?

you're correct. We don't have an FAE covering your company as of now. I'm talking with some people internally to see what options we have to send the software to you. I would consider sending it to you directly but I am trying to clarify whether that is against TI policy.

the plan as of now is for me to upload the software on TI Secure Resources. Once complete, you'll be able to download the software. Please allow 1 week for this process to be complete.

Also it would appear that the TPS12130QDGXRQ1 which we have been trying to get, is unavailable. Are there any samples that would be available anywhere ?

Where are you looking for TPS12130QDGXRQ1 samples? On ti.com, I see that there is supply. Are you trying to get PTPS12130QDGXRQ1?
