I've downloaded the unencrypted spice simulation mode for the TPS61291 and am trying to use it in an Altium simuilation, but the results look like garbage. I wonder if I might share my findings in the hope of gaining some insights. Here's the schematic. Sorry, not sure why it's fuzzy... But nothing interesting going on. Just wiring it up normally for 3V3 operation from a 3V input.
When I run the DC operating point analysis, I get this error:

If I set the input to 5V, it will then run without and error, but thinks the output should be 4.99V. I could delve into other things that don't work, but I suspect there is a fundamental compatibility issue or something that I have not done correctly!?
