Good day.

Want to design a power supply with these specifications. Please help to design the circuit.

I want to use Full Bridge topology .

Input voltage AC 440 volt 3 phase

Output 25 volt DC @ 1500 Ampere current

Ripple 0.5 Volt.

Are there any reference design to begin with?

Hi Jonard,

Although the TIDA-010025 is a "3-phase inverter power stage suited for 200-480 VAC powered (motor) drives with output current rating up to 14 Arms", it is far from a power supply with an output of 25V 1500A. Maybe you can change the "Responsible Organization" from "Motor Drives" to "Power Design Services" for more efficient support. How do you think so?

Hi, Jonard,

Considering the output power around below 40w, you could use the full bridge topology. However, I would like to propose flyback topology. Flyback topology will be more simple and cost competitive. The solution could be UCC28700 family. PMP10344 is good start.

sorry, just think 1500mA.

If this power level, that would be better to use full bridge topology
