    Xiaoli,

    Please provide the schematic. What IC were IC110 and IC120 referring to? You have 8 boards with same schematic and layout and assembly but with different failure phenomena, right?

    Xiaoli,

    Please make statements for your issue as clear as possible. It's hard to get the key information from your description and your response. 

    1. What is the test condition and signal for each image you provided? 

    2. Where are Q301 and Q300? They don't show in the schematic you provided. Please provide the full schematic which can correspond to your description.

    3. You mentioned "There is no output in the 15V circuit after charging", have you figured out the reason? As it is the pre-stage of LM2743 and its abnormality will have a big impact for the post stage.
