UCC28910: Precautions when using UCC28910 as a buck converter

Q1.
Is it generally not recommended to use UCC28910 as a buck converter? The operating environment is as follows.
-Input: DC 200V
-Output: DC 18V
-Load current: 0.2A

I built a circuit with UCC28910, but the IC did not start, probably because the protection function was activated.

Q2.
If I understand correctly, UCC28881 can be used in the above operating environment. The data sheet describes the circuit to be used as "High Side Buck". If used under the above conditions, is UCC28881 the recommended IC?

Hi,

Can I get an answer by the end of today? It turns out that the UCC28750 can also be configured as a non-isolated step-down DCDC. I would like some comments on the UCC28750 in addition to the UCC28910.

Yes UCC28910 can be used as buck. Please refer the following link below for details on implementation.

UCC28881 can also be used for the above case. I think UCC28911 might be better than UCC28910 for better power handling capability. UCC28881 differs from UCC28911 in the control law. Both can be used.

UCC28750 will require an external FET but can be used in this config.
