TPS53647: Is there an example schematic for simulating TPS53647 transient behaviour in TI PSpice?

Tool/software:

I want to simulate TPS53647 with discrete MOSFET such as CSD95481. Do you have any reference TI PSPICE schematic that i can use to simulate transient behaviour?

If not, i wanted to check how to configure the parameters such as operating voltage, frequency etc.

Hi Chethan,

There is a PSPICE Transient Model on ti.com for this product that you could use. It is under Design and Development on the page that I have attached. I have also attached it here.

Hi Maha,

Thank you for providing the example schematic. I was able to simulate the circuit. One issue i see is that it take nearly 2hr for the circuit simulation to complete.

Is there a SIMPLIS model for TPS53647 ?
