PMP23338: latest BoM

Rev.B is the latest version, there is no Rev.C

hi Bosheng,

we are testing a PMP23338 and on the silkscreen it shows RevC.

We also some that some populated parts are not 100% like listed in the BoM. 

We testee it at 2kW with a resistive load, and it failed. Then we changed the power semiconductors and gate drivers excl. GaN, and it did run again.

Today we tried only 1kW resistive load and one of the rectifier MOSFETs failed…

I think, there is a SW problem, which probably results in incorrect control signals at the bridge transistors Q100/Q103.

Also the response time to load variations was very bad (we did see 450V with a slow DMM too at the output at load reduction).

Hi Vincenzo, not sure where you saw RevC, are you sure the board you have is PMP23338 (not PMP23031)? We only made 2 versions for PMP23338: RevA and RevB
