It sounds like this is a new install, and it never worked. Can you confirm?

Did you have an earlier version and did it work?

Can you check the following path for the license file (license.txt)

%appdata%\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSpice_231\license

It is a new install and I couldn't work with it because of this license error.

I did not have any earlier version of it.

"C:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\tools\TPtools\python\LICENSE"..this was the path of the license file.

Could you please tell how can I resolve this issue as earlier as possible.

Hi Divyapriya,

That's an odd path for the license. The %appdata% when entered into your search bar should result in something like C:\Users\DivyapriyaDeventhriran\AppData\Roaming

e.g. for me: C:\Users\a0187457\AppData\Roaming

Please try the following:

uninstall the tool using Add/remove programs

reboot your computer

install in admin mode
