Tool/software:
Hi team,
Customer has designed a 24V/3A PD module according to PMP20878, but for various reasons, it can not work. Even if it is adjusted to a stable 24V state, the device will burn out after working continuously for 2 minutes without load. However, the temperature rise is actually relatively stable. When it burns, the temperature does not exceed 50℃ using infrared imaging. In particular, the freewheeling MOS tube on the secondary side of the transformer is easy to burn out. I would like to ask if there is a recommended synchronous rectification SR driver IC that can replace the MOS tube drive circuit built with discrete components, that is, directly use 1 IC to drive the two MOS tubes on the secondary side of the transformer?
Thanks a lot!
Thanks & best regards,
Wendy
