Equations for FET losses

Yes we do have equations, but we have not found it necessary to publish them.  Essentially we consider all types of losses for FET's. They include

• Conduction losses through FET's
• Switching losses
• Gate charging/dischargind losses
• Losses in Coss of FET's
• Reverse recovery losses for lower FET/Diode
• Forward diode drop loss

These losses cause the IC/FET to heat up, which in turn causes the FET R_dson to increase.  We find a self-consistent solution to the problem of power-dissipation & temperature rise.
