Tool/software:
Hello,
May I ask if TINA-TI transient model is available for LM5181-Q? The only spice model from the website is encrypt. I am looking forward to hearing back soon.
Regards,
Alice
Hi Alice, there is no TINA model available for the LM5181 product family. Is there a reason you can't use the PSPICE model that's provided?
Hi Ray,
I don't have PSPICE, so I import the .lib file into LtSpice. The model is encrypted and pop-up error when I try to simulate. Do you have a working LtSpice model that can be shared?
Regards,
Alice
Hi Alice, we typically don't share unencrypted PSPICE models without an NDA in place between our two companies. I am checking to see if we have one in place.
In the meantime, please try PSPICE for TI: https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI
Let me know if you have success with that.

Ray
