I want to know how to calculate battery life since I am new to this. In the design guide for TIDA-010270, the battery life calculations are given as below.

Can you please tell from where 830uA has come from? (I've highlighted by confusion with a question mark)

And how 265 hours is said as expected battery life?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The total power consumption of the connection event is calculated as 37298.7 us*mA, while the connection interval is set to be 45ms. so the average power consumption during 1 connection is 37298.7/45 + Isleep = 828.86uA + Isleep ~830uA. 

    The battery capacity is 220mAh in figure 2-14, this calculation is the estimation of the BLE device working as the peripheral. 220/0.83mA =  265h.

    BTW, you can check this app note for more detail calculation of your BLE device. But for the actual consumption, it better to measure by the power analyzer.
